Now that I have captured Mewtwo, I then hear about a girl that has entered Cerulean Cave. At the end of Cerulean Cave, we soon find that girl, known as Green is at where Mewtwo once was, and then challenges me to a battle.

As the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description.

This is the first game that Green appears in, as in the original Pokémon, you couldn't play as the girl character, as Red was the main protagonist. It wasn't till FireRed & LeafGreen that you can play as the girl character in a Kanto game, I know that Crystal was the first game you can pick the gender of the main protagonist. The girl character in FireRed & LeafGreen was also known as Leaf, don't know if she is the same character as Green or a different person, because I know that HeartGold & SoulSilver had a different female protagonist to the one in Crystal.
Another thing to note is that Green is called Blue in Japan, and vice versa for the Rival, who is called Green in Japan, but called Blue outside of Japan.
Onto Green's team, here is what she uses:
Clefable: Moonblast, Light Screen, Reflect, Tri Attack
Gengar: Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Will-O-Wisp
Kangaskhan: Dizzy Punch, Sucker Punch, Thunder Punch, Brick Break
Victreebel: Power Whip, Poison Jab, Sucker Punch, Leech Life
Ninetales: Fire Blast, Dark Pulse, Foul Play, Hyper Beam
Blastoise: Hydro Pump, Flash Cannon, Ice Beam, Fake Out

Green's Pokémon are at Level 66, and her Blastoise is at Level 68, and most of her team have good type coverage. She can Mega Evolve her Blastoise into Mega Blastoise, so if you have a high level Grass or Electric-type, you should be able to take out Blastoise.
After beating Green, she will give you a Mewtwonite X and a Mewtwonite Y, those are Mewtwo's two Mega Stones.
Starting with Mega Mewtwo X, it has the highest Attack in the game, and it has good Speed and Special Attack, so Mega Mewtwo X can be a good mixed attacker. It can make good use of moves like Bulk Up, along with some hard hitting Physical moves like Earthquake, Brick Break and the Elemental Punches, so anyone trying to wall it with Chansey or Alolan Muk will not stand a good chance against Mega Mewtwo X.
Mega Mewtwo Y has the highest Special Attack in the game, and both Mega Mewtwo forms have the highest Base Stat Total of all Pokémon that are available in the game. Thanks to its massive Special Attack and great Speed, Mega Mewtwo Y is dangerous, it has a wide movepool, being able to learn Psychic, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam and Shadow Ball to deal large amount of damage, and can use Calm Mind to boost it to terrifying levels, Mewtwo is not a Pokémon to be taken lightly.
After re-matching the Elite Four, you can battle Green again, she will be in Cerulean City, and she will have the same team for that battle.
In the previous few parts, I wanted to show off something special that you can get from Pokémon GO, and it will be in this video. With 400 Meltan Candy, you can evolve Meltan into Melmetal in Pokémon GO, and then transfer it over to Pokémon Let's Go. Melmetal has great HP, Attack and Defense, but its Special Defense and Speed aren't too great. Being a Steel-type, Melmetal is one of the best Pokémon in Competitive Battling, and the best Steel-type Pokémon in a game where there are very few Steel-types available. Melmetal is the only Pokémon to learn the move Double Iron Bash, a Physical Steel-type move with 60 Base Power that hits twice and has a chance of flinching the target. Melmetal learns it at Level 72, but you can use the Move Relearner to teach it to Melmetal. The most popular sets on Melmetal in Competitive Battling is Double Iron Bash, Earthquake, Rest and Thunder Wave, it does have a good Physical movepool, being able to learn Rock Slide, Superpower, Thunder Punch and Ice Punch, so it is worth considering.
