After getting intel from Axel at the Police HQ, we head to the next attack at Fuchsia City where they opened up the gates to the abandoned Safari Zone. And what do they find there? Moltres out of all things! Anyways after beating down the Rockets, we confront Silver once again and this time we battle him while Zane tries to control Moltres. We end up beating Silver of course so that's not a shocker. After the fight, the plan to control Moltres turns into a bust just like with Zapdos and Articuno and with Axel showing up to chase them off once again.
