As suggested by Absol, now that we have stopped the natural disasters, we can go back to Mt. Thunder, Mt. Blaze, and Frosty Forest to challenge the three Legendary Birds, Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno. They will be even more harder than before, so it is best to be prepared to take on those Legendary Pokémon.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

I have decided to fully evolve Bulbasaur all the way up to Venusaur, because we are coming across some challenging dungeons, and I felt that the extra moves that Venusaur can get would help out, and Petal Dance paired with the Persim Band is very useful, so that way Venusaur cannot get confused from using Petal Dance, and I cannot evolve Skitty until I have some Evolution Crystals, so I might put Skitty on hold for now, but I will use her occasionally, once she is evolved into Delcatty, then she will be a better fighter.
In this video, I will be fighting Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres, because we have stopped the natural disasters, and Absol tells us that this is the right time to go back to Mt. Thunder, Mt. Blaze, and Frosty Forest to challenge the Legendary Birds in their dungeon. They are a lot more challenging than before, so it is best to come prepared. Even though you can fight Groudon and Rayquaza, I will not be fighting them until very later in the game, because they are very difficult, so I will wait until a much later point in the after-game to go back to Magma Cavern and Sky Tower to fight them again.
I recommend bringing in a good Rock-type user for Zapdos, some good Pokémon to bring with you include Graveler or Golem with Smack Down, Rock Blast, and Rock Polish, Pokémon with Lightning Rod, like the Rhyhorn line and Manectric can be good help, as Zapdos does have the devastating Rain Dance and Thunder combo, and it can use Light Screen to minimize the damage from Special moves, and if you have a move that lowers defensive stats, like Screech or Fake Tears, they can help weaken the Legendary Pokémon's Defenses, so that way you can get in some good damage on them.
As for the other two birds, Moltres has Flamethrower, and Articuno is the most challenging out of the three, it can use Blizzard.
For Moltres, I would recommend bringing in some Water or Rock-type Pokémon, and for Articuno, Fire-type Pokémon can help out in the fight, and I would be very cautious about taking Rock-type Pokémon, as some are part Ground-type, and if Articuno uses Blizzard, they will take a large amount of damage.
After defeating the bird, it will join your Rescue Team, and you will unlock a new camp called Legendary Island, which is based on the island from Pokémon the Movie 2000, as that movie did have the three Legendary Birds, so maybe that might have a connection to Lugia, which also appeared in that movie as well.
The three Legendary Birds will be at Level 50 when recruited, and I will start with Zapdos, it can have Charge and Discharge, which make a devastating combination, it can destroy Monster Houses, unless there is any Pokémon that is a Ground-type or has Lightning Rod for the Ability, and it can use Agility. Zapdos can also use the Rain Dance and Thunder combo, and it can use Roost and Drill Peck for other level up moves. It does learn some nice TMs, like Thunderbolt, and you can learn some Tutor moves, like Signal Beam, Heat Wave, and Defog, so giving Heat Wave to Zapdos is not a bad option.
Then onto Moltres, it can have Flamethrower, Air Slash, and Ancient Power for its possible moves, and it can also get Agility. For level up moves, Moltres can get Sunny Day and Solar Beam, which make a nice combo, and Moltres pairs up well with Pokémon that have Chlorophyll for the Ability, like Shiftry and Vileplume, and it can learn Heat Wave for a good room clearing move. TMs and Tutor moves aren't necessary, as Moltres can get Flame Charge and Steel Wing for possible moves, and Defog for a Tutor move, so it's a good Fire-type option.
Last up is Articuno, it can get Freeze-Dry, that is super effective against Water-type opponents, and it can also get Agility. Articuno does learn some good level up moves, like Ice Beam, Blizzard, and Tailwind, and if you use Hail, this will give Articuno perfect accuracy for Blizzard, this devastates Monster Houses. When using Hail, Aurora Veil is a nice move for Articuno, and since there are no Pokémon with Snow Warning in this game, like Abomasnow or Vanilluxe, while Ice Body and Snow Cloak are good to have, so if you have Pokémon like Walrein, Glaceon, or Froslass, they make great partners for Articuno, specially with Hail. For Tutor moves, Articuno can learn Signal Beam, Water Pulse, and Defog for possible moves, so the three birds do get some nice moves, and as they come at Level 50, they are ready to go, specially if you decide to get them right away.
