We have managed to save Alakazam's team, but we learn from Xatu that a shooting star is about to destroy the universe, and that we must seek help from Rayquaza if we want to stop the shooting star. As Rayquaza lives up in the sky, Xatu and Alakazam use their Psychic powers to create something that will help us get to where Rayquaza lives.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

It is best to go prepared, I recommend being around Level 30, or even Level 35 as the next dungeon has some very tough opponents. We get a scary moment where Gengar shows up at the base and uses Dream Eater, and then he runs away once Gardevoir appears in the dream. Then it is off to Sky Tower, and before then, we see some Pokémon who we have not seen since the very beginning, like Butterfree, Caterpie's mother, and the two Magnemite from back at Thunderwave Cave.
Xatu and Alakazam are at the Hill of the Ancients, and they have completed the Teleport Gem, but they did get help from a Ghost-type Pokémon, but we are not sure who it could be, I feel like I'm the only one that believes that Gengar could be that Ghost-type that helped out, but they didn't give us the identity of that Pokémon.
Sky Tower has a total of 34 floors, and the first part of the dungeon has 25 floors, the summit of Sky Tower will be in the next part, and the following Pokémon you can encounter are Shuppet, Masquerain, Forretress, Lunatone, Duskull, Weezing, Ledian, Solrock, Altaria, Scizor, Dusclops, Venomoth, Aerodactyl, Flygon, and Tropius. It will take a long time go over the Pokémon in this dungeon into detail, but there are some to watch out for, I will list what possible moves they can have.
Shuppet: Night Shade, Shadow Sneak, Will-O-Wisp, Hex
Masquerain: Ominous Wind, Quiver Dance, Bug Buzz, Water Sport
Forretress: Zap Cannon, Heavy Slam, Autotomize, Bug Bite, Bide
Lunatone: Rock Polish, Rock Slide, Hypnosis, Moonblast
Duskull: Shadow Sneak, Night Shade, Will-O-Wisp, Disable
Weezing: Sludge Bomb, Assurance, Gyro Ball, Double Hit
Ledian: Silver Wind, Mach Punch, Comet Punch, Light Screen, Reflect, Supersonic
Solrock: Rock Slide, Rock Polish, Cosmic Power, Fire Spin
Altaria: Sky Attack, Dragon Breath, Dragon Dance, Cotton Guard, Pluck, Sing, Fury Attack
Scizor: Agility, Bullet Punch, Metal Claw, Focus Energy
Dusclops: Shadow Punch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Bind, Gravity, Will-O-Wisp, Confuse Ray
Venomoth: Silver Wind, Psybeam, Signal Beam, Quiver Dance, Bug Buzz, Sleep Powder, Stun Spore
Aerodactyl: Agility, Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Scary Face, Ancient Power
Flygon: Earth Power, Earthquake, Dragon Breath, Dragon Dance, Dragon Tail, Hyper Beam
Tropius: Leaf Storm, Growth, Leaf Tornado, Razor Leaf

Most of these Pokémon have some dangerous moves to watch out for, and do note that Ghost-type Pokémon, like Shuppet and Duskull, can go through walls, and if you get caught in a Monster House, make sure you brought some orbs to help you out with them, or if you brought Absol with you and linked Swords Dance and Brutal Swing, that can destroy Monster Houses, that is if Absol can one-shot some of the Pokémon in them.
Dusclops and Aerodactyl have Pressure, and they can drain your power points, and if on the later floors there is an Aerodactyl in a Monster House, it can use Agility to boost the speed of all the enemy Pokémon in a Monster House to make it much harder, and it's even more challenging if Venomoth are present in a Monster House, as they can use Silver Wind, and if Venomoth gains a stat boost, you are in danger, and no Grass-type Pokémon is safe from Silver Wind.
I like the remastered version of Sky Tower's music in this game, because Sky Tower was one of my favourite songs in the original Rescue Team games, and while I do like the soundtrack for Rescue Team DX, I really like what they did with Sky Tower's theme.
