Pokémon Pearl Nuzlocke (3)
A valiant attempt for the Nuzlock challenge in Pokemon Pearl.
As with all challenges, there are some rules:
1. If a pokemon faints, it's dead and can no longer be used.
2. only the first pokemon in any new region can be caught. If it runs, tough luck
3. All pokemon must be nicknamed to create a stronger bond
4. No safe scumming. If a strong pokemon dies, I can't go back to a previous safe state.
5. HM's are only usuable on pokemon caught. If I can't progress because my pokemon can't learn the right HM, the run is over.
6. All pokemon fainting is the end of the run even if I have pokemon in pc storage
7. Random starter. The last digit of trainer id determines my starting pokemon. 1-3 is grass, 4-6 is fire, 7-9 is water, 0 is free pick
8. Dupes clause: If the first encounter of a route is a pokemon I already caught, I'm free to catch a different encounter.
9. Rare Candy will be used to level up all pokémon to the gymleaders ace
