Pokémon Platinum Jublocke - Episode 6: Should have caught a Magikarp...
1Time to take on the Eterna City Gym and the Eterna Team Galactic HQ!
Rules I am using:
1. The same as a normal Nuzlocke, You can only catch one Pokémon per route. Even if it faints or flees, that counts as your encounter for the route.
2. If a Pokémon faints it must be put into the PC box for something at the end of your Jublocke run. If you black or white out, that ends your Jublocke challenge.
3. Like a normal Nuzlocke, all Pokémon must be nicknamed.
4. You may only have a max of 2 of the same type of Pokémon on your team. Example: You can have Vaporeon, Piplup, Kirlia, Flygon, Shinx and Mew on your team but you can't have Vaporeon, Piplup, Mudkip, Flygon, Shinx and Mew. (with an exception explained in the next rule)
5. Before you start your Jublocke, decide what type a double type Pokémon is going to go by. Whatever number you choose at the beginning is the number you stick with for your Jublocke run.
Example: Quagsire is water and ground. Let's say you decide on the first type being the type Pokémon go by, than Quagsire is a water type. If you chose the second type then it would be a ground type. Certain Pokémon become multi-typed at a final stage, so for example, if you chose the secondary type, you could use Vaporeon, Piplup and Mudkip because Piplup becomes a steel type and Mudkip becomes a ground type.
6. No status inflicting and stat increasing/decreasing moves are allowed. The only exception is for moves where the secondary effect is a chance of being a side effect. Example: Thunder Wave can't be used because it is a status inflicting move, however, you can use Thunder because it has a chance of paralyzing the foe.
7. X items are not permitted.
OPTIONAL:
3. The run doesn't start until you obtain Poké Balls.
5. You have to have at least one Pokémon that evolves and one Pokémon that doesn't/isn't evolve(d) when you have a team of 6.
8. Shiny clause is on. This means that if you encounter a shiny Pokémon, you are allowed to catch it even if you already have a Pokémon for that route. If you choose to use this shiny it will replace your first catch.
