Two days of attempts with the Nidoking route got me this. Shame I didn't get sub 2 hours, but close enough?

All that bizarre input before entering the grass with the Nidoran is all part of an elaborate setup to manipulate a Nidoran with virtually perfect stats to crush the rest of the game with (thanks to Dabomstew's video for the setup!).
