Pokemon Red Retrospective - The Origin of HiJello | HiJello Original
Pokemon is the highest-grossing media franchise in the world and it all started with two Game Boy games that released in Japan in 1996. It's success erupted out of nowhere and has shown no signs of slowing down, but with the franchise growing and evolving each year, the original releases have been criticized for their archaic design. I grew up with these games and a lot of media that released during this time; It's part of my childhood. So here's a retrospective recalling the adventure from my perspective.
