Rules of Nuzlock

1. When a Pokemon Dies it cant be used until Revived. All dead pokemon can still be used for Hm moves but not battle. Dead pokemon are boxed.

2. You can not buy Revives but revives you get in the wild or from pickup are fair game.

3. you can only catch the first pokemon in each route. if you already caught a pokemon species you can catch the next encounter.

4. moves for encounters can only be used one time in each route . for example , fishing, rock smash , headbutt ect.

5. Shiny , Legendary, and static pokemon do not count as encounters

6. you can only grind your Pokémon 10 levels higher than the wild Pokémon in a area before the Gym. this does not include trainer battles however you can use trainer battles to grind and if you do 10 levels past highest level wild Pokémon in the area is the max.

7. setting is set on set always.

8. speed up can be used when grinding and grinding can be done off screen but never past 5 levels.

9 Check point system Activated! Since i have done this nuzlock over 5 times already but i don't want to make this too easy or boring. The check points will be every every gym. I think that is fair.

10. you can only catch encounters for hm slaves if you are stuck even if you went back to the previous check point. if you have a pokemon that can learn the hm move you need then you have to use it.

11.beating the elite four is automatically a check point and the level cap is removed after that.
