After solving the mysteries in the Sealed Chamber, go to the desert of Route 111 and you’ll enter the Desert Ruins. In front of the visual braille message, take 2 steps right, 2 steps down, then use Strength to open the way to the next room. Save your game before you interact. Regirock is on Level 40.
