Once you enter the Elite Four, there is no turning back unless you beat the champion. Stock up before you enter. Sidney uses Dark type Pokémon. Cacturne will use Leech Seed to steal HP of opponents every turn while lowering their Speed stat with Cotton Spore and making them flinch with Needle Arm. Shiftry will be tricky as it uses Double Team then with Extrasensory to make targets flinch. Sharpedo will use Swagger to hinder opponents despite powering them up and use Slash for more critical hits. Absol will use Swords Dance then Aerial Ace for never-miss strikes. A move like Brick Break will easily bring down the opponents.
