This little video shows off how to make Meloetta appear in the Indigo Disk DLC. It took a LOT of efforts from a bunch of forum and Twitter users, but it finally got solved. Here are the steps!

Step 1: Go to the area in the Coastal Biome where I am. I show the area's location a little more in-depth at the end of the video.

Step 2: Look for a little swirling gust of wind (this is the "breeze" that the NPCs refer to).

Step 3: Spin around in the center of the gust for around 30 seconds.

Step 4: Right after you stop spinning, pull out your camera, then put on the lullaby music (I'm hearing any music works) and sepia filter, then hold right and keep "spinning". If you do this correctly, Meloetta should appear. Save before fighting it if you wanna catch it in a certain ball!
