RUELS
1: If a Pokémon faints it is considered dead and is not allowed to me used

2: I can only catch the first Pokémon I encounter in a new area

-Since this is open world the area only counts if they change in the top corner
-I can encourage any Pokémon but once i enter the battle that is considered my first encounter

3: I have to surprise trade my encounter and whatever Pokémon I get is my encounter

-the Pokémon I receive must me in my level range e.g. if my highest Pokémon is 8 then I can keep any Pokemon level 8 and below or 3 levels higher so level 11
-species and dups clause still applies to valid Pokemon so if I get a Pichu on my team then I can trade any other Pichus but if I got a Pichu that was to high level then if the next one is the right level then I need to keep it.
-hacked Pokemon(even if I don’t want them)are allowed as long as they meet the level requirement
