So Bottle Caps aren't too bad to find, but are a pretty penny! While you can do Tera Raids for them, you can also buy them from Delibird Presents! Once you have obtained 6 Gym Badges (Gyms, not just in general), they go up for sale for $20k at every Delibird Presents! These are located in the "major" cities - Mesagoza, Levincia, and Cascarrafa.
If you'd like to use the Bottle Caps for Hyper Training, that can be done in Montenevera. There's an NPC near the Pokestop place that is next to an Abomisnow that will Hyper Train Pokemon that are level 50!
They can also be found in the Auction House if you feel like fighting RNG. Gold Bottle Caps can also be found at the Auction House.
