I told you that I would get this done. If you don't know then let me tell you.
Pokémon Scarlet & Violet would have a special Tera raid and this one involves not one, but two legendary Pokémon. They are the mascots of Pokémon Diamond & Pearl: Dialga & Palkia. If you are wondering, you can only get one of these per save file but you can be able to get both. I'll detail what you need to do.
Dialga & Palkia are 5-star Tera Raids. But they can hit hard. They have the Dragon Tera-type but they have enough to differentiate that makes this difficult.
For starters, Dialga has the moves Draco Meteor, Earth Power, Fire Blast and Steel Beam. It also has additional moves such as Trick Room, Stealth Rock and Iron Defense. It's a bit tricky if you have a Fairy-type because it has Steel Beam to counter. You will need a Fairy-type, albeit a bulky one that can take the punishment. A Sylveon would definitely help with the right nature and set-up.
As for Palkia, it's actually easier. Palkia has the moves Draco Meteor, Thunder, Fire Blast and Hydro Pump. It also has additional moves such as Gravity and Rain Dance. Bear in mind that if it activates Rain Dance, then it can't use Fire Blast. Have a bulky Pokémon like Gardevoir and you should be able to tank it's attacks. If it has Tera-type Fairy then it's easier. I got lucky with Lucario even when it became Tera-type Steel.
Once you beat either one, you can catch them and you can only catch them once. But you can face them as many times as you like. You get a lot of good rewards.
As for the Pokémon themselves, they are both at Lv75 with the Tera-type Dragon. Plus they come with their hidden ability Telepathy. Nifty.
You have till December 21st to take part in these raids and get them. If you want them, then prepare yourself well. These raids will test you.
