Pokémon Shield Nuzlocke #17 - Post Time-Skip Arc
I spent my day off doing this. Worth it? We'll see.

New to Nuzlocke? Here are the rules:
- Any Pokémon that faints is considered dead, and must be released or put in the Pokémon Storage System permanently.
- The player may only catch the first wild Pokémon encountered in each area, and none else. If the first wild Pokémon encountered faints or flees, there are no second chances.
- The first wild Pokémon must be encountered through shaking grass, and not through overworld interaction. The only exceptions to this rule are in Galar Mine and Galar Mine #2, where encounters are exclusively based on the overworld.
- If the first Pokémon the player encounters as a Pokémon they have already obtained, the Species Rule is in effect, and the player may catch the next Pokémon they encounter.
- Each named location of the Wild Area, the Isle of Armor, and the Crown Tundra count as a new area.
- The player must nickname all of their Pokémon, for the sake of forming stronger emotional bonds.
- The player may only use Pokémon they have captured themselves, with the exception of gifted Pokémon where the player is counted as the OT (ie. Toxel, Pikachu, or Eevee).
- The player may not voluntarily reset and reload the game whenever things go wrong. Being able to do so would render all of the other rules pointless.
- A black out/white out is considered to be a "game over," even if there are usable Pokémon left in the PC, and the player must start over.
- The battle style must be changed to "set" in the options menu, meaning the player does not get the opportunity to switch out their Pokémon after an opponent's Pokémon faints.
- The player may not utilize Pokémon Camp’s curry function to heal or increase the experience point of Pokémon. The “play” function may be used for the purpose of evolution, however, in the case of evolving Pokémon like Sylveon.
- The player may attempt only one Max Raid Battle after each gym victory. If their Pokémon faints during the battle, it is considered dead and the player must forfeit catching the Raid Pokémon.
- Max Raid Battles may only be attempted once per gym badge. These can be stacked if the player so chooses.
- The player may not purchase TR’s or Wishing Pieces from Wild Area guides.
