Gold died on me and I had to use Silver instead. I was just disappointed that a cartridge much younger than Red or Yellow died before them. It shall be missed. Now we should look forward to the future, a future of Lactipi.
Lactipi's mother pesters him about a novel device called the Poke-Gear as he runs downstairs and out of the house to Elm's lab. The resident professor requests that Lactipi go receive and deliver a package from a man named Mr. Pokemon. Entrustung Lactipi with his first ally, a Chikorita, Elm sends the boy off. Lactipi looks upon the green creature and proclaims: Wall of Terror. The Chikorita reluctantly acquiesces to its new name. The boy then leaves home and heads out to Cherrygrove, a town eternally wafting in the scent of cherries. On the way they encounter an array of wild Pokemon nearly whiting out in the process. The tired team come upon the town. In it a haggard man in his retirement years gives him a map to the Johto region. Form there on he continues to Mr. Pokemon's house.
