Pokemon Silver (Part 10): It's Pokemon Silver... with a twist.
Pokemon Silver was released in 2000 (wut!?) to massive fanfare. After the success of Red and Blue, Nintendo greenlit a sequel as soon as possible. The results were a massive success. Gold and Silver are significantly better than it's predecessors and has aged much, much better than them. These are probably my second favorite games in the series, but the one issue I always had with them was that they were a bit on the easier side. I aimed to change that a bit with this game by editing levels of trainers and wild Pokemon, and editing what Pokemon some trainers (mainly important trainers) have. I'm hoping for a familiar, but different enough experience to one of my favorite games in the series.
After grinding a little bit, we take another shot at the Rival and the Elite Four and after a very shaky start (damn I made Will's Espeon annoying), I triumph with a somewhat hollow victory. I didn't wanna use potions in battle, but I needed to to get by Lance. His Dragonite was no joke. On our way to Kanto!
