This part covers the underground section of Goldenrod City. Here you can find the coin case, which allows you to play at the slots and card draws of Goldenrod and Celadon City. The Haircut brothers also reside here. These two people will give your Pokemon haircuts which will raise their happiness towards you. There are also trainers. The herb lady down here sells herbal medicines which are cheaper than standard items, but are bitter. Because they are bitter, your Pokemon's happiness is lowered. I still recommend buying revival herbs, as they fully restore your Pokemon's HP after they faint.
