Rules:
- Only use unevolved Pokemon to beat the boss fights
- Don't use Pokemon that don't evolve at all such as Skarmory, Sudowoodo, Miltank etc.
- You may only use one Pokemon of the same species.

And so we begin to defeat the Elite Four! This is where it's gonna get really nasty but hang in there!

Ugh, had to waste TM26 to teach Phanpy Earthquake. Why can't it learn the move nartually like Donphan can? Anyway, believe it or not, Will is the second hardest Elite Four member for the unevolveds!
