Pokémon Snap on the Nintendo 64 has many lows that prevent it from being a top tier game for Pikachu and Co. While Mew as a legendary Pokémon sounds exciting for the final 'boss', its a remarkably boring experience, made worse by the fact that the game is so short and easy! There's barely any grind or perseverance required to achieve the rare photo! You'll scroll through countless short stages ad nauseum and then get shocked when the game notifies you there's barely any more Pokémon to find! Mix in an eccentric Pokémon professor Oak who doesn't seem to know how to grade your work, barely any spare film that runs out quickly, and a ridiculous amount of famous Pokémon that aren't included, and you can see why they needed to revamp the content in the sequel. Join Shep in the second half of this retrospective for an in-depth look at all the Misses of Pokémon Snap! Good to see ya gamers! @gamingintrospection
