if you aren't prepared, you'll be in trouble.He has the following

who you started off with...If Totodile, he'll have a Bayleef Lv18If
Chikorita, he'll have a Quilava Lv18If Cyndaquil, he'll have a Croconaw
Lv18.After beating him, he talks smack and heads off. That's about
