Strategy:
Sneasel - It's fast and has nice Attack, but any Fighting type move will kill it. It's the least of your concerns.
Magneton - Magneton is slow, but it has nice Special Attack and Defense. Ground is 4x effective against it It, like Sneasel, is also weak.
Gengar - Gengar is fast and has high Special Attack, but it's quite frail, particularly its Defense. A Shadow Ball or a Night Slash should 1HKO it. Confuse Ray = annoying. I am not responsible for any broken DS Systems.
Crobat - Confuse Ray + Toxic + Bite's flinch rate = The most annoying Pokemon in the game. It's fast, and like I said above, I am not responsible for any broken DS Systems.
Alakazam - Like Crobat and Gengar, Alakazam is fast, and like Gengar, it has high Special Attack. But, its defense is so low that it can probably die to a Quick Attack.
Typhlosion - Will-O-Wisp halves your Attack, so Special Attacks like Surf or AncientPower work best. Rollout #5 hurts a lot; you may want to consider switching a rubbish Pokemon in to take the fifth one.
Feraligatr - Grass is weak to Ice Fang, Ghosts or Psychics that use Thunderbolt (a lot of Ghosts can learn it) are weak to Crunch, STAB Aqua Tails hurt. Electric types with Electric moves work best, and Special Attacks do more than Physical Attacks.
Meganium - Synthesis gets annoying, but fortunately it can't use Sunny Day. Light Screen means that Physical Attacks work best. Body Slam can paralyse, and STAB Petal Dance = Base 180 Power.
