I move onto the Stadium Cups, there are two cups in the first Pokémon Stadium game, and there are two new cups added. The one I take on is Challenge Cup, you get given a random team, which usually have Pokémon of different types. In Poké Ball, the Pokémon are at Level 30, and the moves for the Pokémon are randomized, they usually consist of a STAB move, for example, a Bulbasaur can have either Razor Leaf, Giga Drain, or SolarBeam. The second move is usually a move with a low base power, an example is Wooper, a Water/Ground-type, it can have Earthquake and Water Gun. The rest of the moves are a status move and a non-STAB move that uses the Pokémon's higher attacking stat, an example is Machop, which has a higher Attack and it can have Dig, while the fourth move can be Toxic, Protect, Attract, or Double Team.
List of Pokémon that can be used in Challenge Cup Poké Ball.
Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Pidgey, Rattata, Spearow, Ekans, Sandshrew, Nidoran♀, Nidoran♂, Vulpix, Jigglypuff, Zubat, Oddish, Paras, Venonat, Diglett, Poliwag, Machop, Bellsprout, Geodude, Slowpoke, Magnemite, Seel, Grimer, Shellder, Drowzee, Krabby, Exeggcute, Horsea, Goldeen, Ditto, Dratini, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Sentret, Hoothoot, Ledyba, Spinarak, Pichu, Cleffa, Igglybuff, Togepi, Mareep, Marill, Hoppip, Sunkern, Wooper, Pineco, Snubbull, Slugma, Swinub, Remoraid, Smeargle, Tyrogue, Larvitar

Here is my team that I got for Challenge Cup Poké Ball.
Pineco: Toxic, Strength, Rollout, Giga Drain (Bitter Berry)
Dratini: Thunder, Toxic, DragonBreath, Swift (Dragon Scale)
Hoothoot: Take Down, Double Team, Thief, Fly (Sharp Beak)
Sandshrew: Iron Tail, Sunny Day, Curse, Earthquake (Quick Claw)
Mareep: Headbutt, Rain Dance, Thunder, Flash (Burnt Berry)
Marill: Attract, Headbutt, Defense Curl, Waterfall (Mystic Water)

In Challenge Cup Poké Ball, all Pokémon are at Level 30, and most of which are unevolved Pokémon with a low base stat total. The Pokémon's items are randomized, the most common is a Berry or an item that boosts the type of move, and there is a rare chance it can pick an item like Quick Claw or Scope Lens. I got a Dratini holding a Dragon Scale, back then, the Dragon Scale powers up Dragon-type moves, making it like the Dragon Fang. Moves like Return, Frustration, and Hidden Power are not selected, and the moves are picked based on the Pokémon's level up moves and TM moves.
I will list each of the Trainers and what types they tend to specialize in.
Battle 1: Camper Marcus
Types: Fire x2/Ground x4

Battle 2: Rocket Grunt ♂
Types: Poison x6

Battle 3: Picnicker Melissa
Types: Flying x4

Battle 4: Guitarist Darren
Types: Electric x3 / Grass x3

Battle 5: Fisherman Curtis
Types: Water x6

Battle 6: Medium Peggy
Types: Psychic x3

Battle 7: Rocket Grunt ♀
Types: Normal x6

Battle 8: Juggler Dwight
Types: Various

I won't list every possible Pokémon they can use, and there are some they are guaranteed to use, because there are some types where there are only a few Pokémon to choose from, for example, while Picnicker Melissa uses up to four Flying-types, the most likely you will see are Spearow, Hoothoot, and Ledyba. Guitarist Dalton will always have Pichu, Mareep, and Magnemite, as those are the only Electric-type Pokémon that can appear in Challenge Cup Poké Ball. Fisherman Curtis uses Water-type Pokémon, and he is most likely to have Wooper and Marill, in Battle 6 is Medium Peggy, and as there are three Psychic-type Pokémon, she will always have Slowpoke, Drowzee, and Exeggcute.
I have checked the base stats, and it is mostly unevolved Pokémon with a base stat total of 200 up to 320, Sunkern is the only one to have a base stat total of under 200, that being 180, while Drowzee has the highest base stat total of 328 out of the Pokémon that can appear in Challenge Cup Poké Ball, Jigglypuff is the only evolved Pokémon that can appear, as its base stat total is 270.
There is also strategy, the first few opponents don't have a set strategy, Guitarist Dalton likes to inflict paralysis with moves like Thunder Wave and Stun Spore, Fisherman Curtis likes to make use of Rain Dance to power up Water-type moves, Medium Peggy makes use of confusion, that is from moves like Confuse Ray or Swagger, the Rocket Grunt in Battle 7 has Normal-type Pokémon, and she can have some that are part Flying-type, and the final opponent has a balanced team, making him harder than the previous opponents.
