This is the next Tera Raid Event, and this is to tie in with Eevee Day, which to explain about, is that in many games have events themed around Eevee, it is not just this game, Pokémon Masters EX, Pokémon Café Remix, and Pokémon Sleep have Eevee themed events happening, and in this game, Eevee is the next 7 Star Tera Raid Pokémon. I have seen rumours that it because Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! & Let's Go, Eevee! came out 5 years ago on that day, which could be why there are Eevee themed events happening around then.
There is also an Eevee Outbreak Event happening as well, you can find Eevee outbreaks through Paldea and in Kitakami, and some titles of Eevee are only exclusive to certain areas, but this video is about the Tera Raid Event. Eevee has a Normal Tera Type, and it has the Hidden Ability of Anticipation, its moves are Double-Edge, Hyper Voice, Bite, and Charm, with Baby-Doll Eyes as an additional move. Eevee does put up the shield at the start of the fight and will use Baby-Doll Eyes right away. At 95% time, Eevee will reset its own stats, and at 90% time, it reduces your Tera Orb Charge. At 80% HP and at 40% HP, Eevee resets your stats, and at 65% HP, it resets its own stats.
This one shouldn't be too hard, as Eevee doesn't have the best stats, but you will want to come prepared as Double-Edge and Hyper Voice can hit really hard. The Pokémon that I prepared for this one is Galarian Zapdos, it has Thunderous Kick to reduce Eevee's Defense for each hit, and I gave it Focus Energy to boost its critical hit chance and Bulk Up to boost Attack and Defense, and I have Reversal on Galarian Zapdos if ever its HP is low and I need to deal a lot of damage, and with the Shell Bell, Zapdos can restore a bit of health after use. I did consider using Hisuian Decidueye, but I found that Galarian Zapdos was the better option. For easier to use options, Corviknight with Mirror Armor so that Eevee's Attack is lowered by its own Charm, and Corviknight can use Iron Defense and Body Press with a Fighting Tera Type, and its Steel-type does allow it to resist Eevee's Normal-type moves.
To list other options, Annihilape with Focus Energy, Bulk Up, and Drain Punch with the Metronome is a good option, but one Pokémon that I would have used but didn't realize until then was Carbink, this is because Carbink has very high Defense and can use the Iron Defense and Body Press strategy to help in the battle. For support options, Bellibolt, Grimmsnarl, Toxapex, and Umbreon are some notable ones, they can set up screens and use moves to lower Eevee's stats to help out in the battle.
For defeating the Tera Raid Pokémon, you do get all five Evolution Stones for your first attempt, as as well as an Ability Patch, and you can get EV-reducing Berries from it.
Eevee does come with Anticipation, and to list which evolved forms of Eevee are best with their Hidden Ability, Vaporeon has Hydration, which can be useful in Tera Raid Battles, and it is easier to obtain than Manaphy, as Vaproeon can get Surf, Fake Tears, Calm Mind, and Rain Dance, but against Water-type Pokémon with a Rock or Fire Tera Type, Vaporeon will want Water Absorb. Jolteon has Quick Feet, not that good as it already has Volt Absorb which is better. Flareon has Guts, while a good Ability, Flareon doesn't have the best Speed and its best Fire-type move Flare Blitz inflicts heavy recoil damage, but it can use Tera Blast with a Fire Tera Type to give it a Fire-type move with no recoil. Espeon has Magic Bounce, good against opponents that rely on status moves, Umbreon has Inner Focus, which might be helpful against Tera Raid Pokémon that like to flinch the Pokémon, but Umbreon tends to be more of a supporter. Leafeon has Chlorophyll, better than Leaf Guard, and it can use Swords Dance, Sunny Day, and Solar Blade to do well in the battle, while Leaf Blade is a good alternative for a Grass-type move. Glaceon has Ice Body for its Hidden Ability to heal while the snow is in effect, and Glaceon can fire off 100% accuracy Blizzard after using Snowscape. Sylveon has Pixilate for its Hidden Ability, and this one is one of the best Fairy-type attackers in Tera Raid Battles, Sylveon can use Calm Mind and Fake Tears, while Hyper Beam is there for taking out the Tera Raid Pokémon in one hit, while Hyper Voice is the better option.
We did have an Eevee Tera Raid Event last year, it was one of the first Tera Raid Events we had for this game, and in that one, Eevee appeared more often in Tera Raid Battles and they can appear with different Tera Types.
