For what strategy each opponent has, the first opponents uses status moves like Encore, Metronome, and Substitute, and the Pikachu does have a Light Ball which doubles its Special Attack. The third opponent likes to use Sunny Day to power up Fire-type moves, the fourth opponent has moves that inflict status conditions, like Toxic and Thunder Wave, the fifth opponent specializes in Baton Pass, the sixth opponent uses Mean Look or Spider Web and status moves like Swagger, Screech, Destiny Bond, and Pain Split, don't know why Haunter has BlackGlasses when it has no attacking moves, the seventh and eighth opponents don't have a set strategy, but they do have a balanced team to watch out for.
