Pokémon Stadium Playthrough Part 13 (FINALE)
38In this video, we take on the Elite Four, our Rival, and then finally Mewtwo! Afterwards, we watch the game's ending!
The Elite Four for the most part is pretty easy. Lance can definitely be a challenge if you didn't bring any Ice or Electric-type Pokémon, but he's pretty manageable since he has a mostly Water and Flying based team here.
The Rival's team is determined by which main series game you're using for your team (Red, Blue, or Yellow). He also has a unique team if you're using Rentals.
They kinda went overkill with the rules for Mewtwo. Yeah, Mewtwo's hard-hitting and has quite a lot of HP on top of Recover, but you get to fight it with SIX Pokémon on your team! You can cheese the fight pretty easily with moves like Horn Drill or Guillotine if you paralyze Mewtwo prior.
After defeating Mewtwo and watching the credits, you gain access to Round 2. This mode is WAY more of a challenge than Round 1, especially if you're using rentals. Different movesets, different teams, and different stats. I think Round 1 was pretty tough on its own, so I'm not gonna cover Round 2 for this Playthrough.
