I'm so never going to like the trainer battle theme of this region. Take me back to Sun & Moon.

Key Notes:
- Generally speaking, using a whole party of 6 and fighting as many trainer battles as you can and catching new Pokémon will keep you a little over the levels of anyone you fight. If you want to have some difficulty, rotate between 9 or so Pokémon. If you want to be a masochist, rotate between 12 or so.
Accessing Boxes Anywhere
- This feature got unlocked when Sonia took you to the Pokémon Center.
- You can freely switch Pokémon from your boxes at ANY time you want (except during special occasions).
- However, those who think they can put and pull a Pokémon back to the team thinking doing so will fully restore their status will be disappointed to learn any condition your Pokémon is at will remain even when they're stored in the boxes. So a KO'd Pokémon remains an immobile body in the boxes.
