This is how you get Togepi in the wild in Pokémon Sword and Shield.

In my opinion, the easiest way to find Togepi in the wild is by going to Bridge Field when the weather is Fog and going in the grass (battle with the exclamation mark). You have 5% chance of having a battle with Togepi while the weather is Fog and 2% chance when it's Normal or Overcast.
