Before starting Surprise Trade, I show two Pokémon you can obtain through Mystery Gift if you received serial codes from the Pokémon Trainer Club Newsletter from Pokémon.com, one is for Dada Zarude, which is a different form of Zarude based on the one from the movie "Secrets of the Jungle", which is now available outside of Japan, and another code is for Shiny Celebi.
As for the Pokémon I am Surprising Trade, it is Dunsparce, it had to happen at some point, and now is the time. I usually breed for 31 IVs in at least 4 or 5 stats, and I went with Adamant for the Nature, it's not like Dunsparce is that good at anything, and while its best stat is HP, its second best are Attack and Defense, which are base 70, I didn't bother with the Hidden Ability of Rattled, as Serene Grace is already good enough, that is the Ability you want if you feel like using Dunsparce. I went with Headbutt, Bite, Curse, and Aqua Tail for the Egg Moves, it also gets Astonish, Magic Coat, and Last Resort for other moves, I will list which parents in the Field Egg Group that can learn those moves.
Aqua Tail: Psyduck, Golduck, Wooper, Quagsire
Astonish: Diglett, A-Diglett, Dugtrio, A-Dugtrio, Seedot, Nuzleaf, Shiftry, Whismur, Loudred, Exploud, Mawile, Wailmer, Wailord
Bite: Meowth, A-Meowth, Persian, A-Persian, Growlithe, Arcanine, Eevee, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Loudred, Exploud, Mawile, Electrike, Manectric, Shinx, Luxio, Luxray, Stunky, Skuntank, Hippopotas, Hippowdon, Leafeon, Glaceon, Lillipup, Herdier, Stoutland, Sandile, Krokorok, Krookodile, Darumaka, G-Darumaka, Darmanitan, G-Darmanitan, Sylveon, Litten, Torracat, Incineroar, Rockruff, Lycanroc, Skwovet, Greedent, Yamper, Boltund, Morpeko
Curse: Torkoal
Headbutt: Zigzagoon, G-Zigzagoon, Linoone, G-Linoone, Buneary, Lopunny, Darumaka, G-Darumaka, Darmanitan, G-Darmanitan, Scraggy, Scrafty, Scorbunny, Raboot, Cinderace, Wooloo, Dubwool, Silicobra, Sandaconda, Obstagoon, Eiscue
Last Resort: Eevee, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, Lillipup, Herdier, Stoutland, Minccino, Cinccino, Sylveon, Dubwool
Magic Coat: Lopunny, Munna, Musharna

With Egg Moves, Headbutt is one worth going for if you want to make use of Serene Grace. Dunsparce does not evolve, this is a Pokémon that is in need of an evolution, and as for its moves, it can get Flail, Defense Curl, Mud-Slap, Rollout, Glare, Screech, Ancient Power, Drill Run, Yawn, Body Slam, Take Down, Roost, Dragon Rush, Coil, Double-Edge, and Endeavor.
For TMs and TRs, starting with TMs, it can learn Thunder Wave, Dig, Solar Beam, Rock Slide, Thief, Facade, Rock Tomb, Hex, Retaliate, Bulldoze, Air Slash, and Stomping Tantrum, and for TRs, it can learn Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Fire Blast, Blizzard, Thunder, Earthquake, Agility, Amnesia, Baton Pass, Iron Tail, Shadow Ball, Gyro Ball, Calm Mind, Poison Jab, Zen Headbutt, Stealth Rock, Stored Power, Wild Charge, and a few others, and it learns Terrain Pulse, Dual Wingbeat, Skitter Smack, and Scale Shot for Tutor moves.
I might as well go over the positives with Dunsparce, it learns a wide variety of moves, it gets Serene Grace for its Ability, and it is one of few Pokémon to learn moves like Glare and Coil, but there are downsides to this Pokémon, it has very low stats, and it is outclassed. The nice thing about Dunsparce learning Glare is that it can paralyze Ground-type Pokémon, which it cannot do with Thunder Wave, and it can use Headbutt to flinch the opponent, Bite and Rock Slide also do that as well, and it can boost its Attack, Defense, and accuracy with Coil.
While Serene Grace is a good Ability, Dunsparce is the worse Pokémon with Serene Grace, because Jirachi and Togekiss also get that Ability as well, even Blissey makes better use of Serene Grace than Dunsparce, and I am aware that Sawsbuck can get Serene Grace, but Sawsbuck doesn't get that many moves to make use of Serene Grace, and that thing is better than Dunsparce in battle as well.
Ever since Generation 2, Dunsparce has not had any success, and it still has not received an evolution, and there wasn't much reason to go over Dunsparce in competitive battling, because it is unviable, and as for going through the main game, Wooloo is much better than Dunsparce, even in the early game.
