I am using Sylveon in this match, which I was not expecting to release this soon, because we did just get Mamoswine last week. It cost 10,000 Aeos Coins to obtain Sylveon's Unite License, which I wasn't expecting, but good thing I save up a good amount in case, but anyway, I will list the other players in this match.
Jhosue - Cramorant
Kryptooz - Talonflame
Bensi_55 - Mamoswine
ThomasMurray - Garchomp

The opponent's team of Pokémon.
Balthomet - Greninja
Steffööön - Slowbro
JRojo - Venusaur
Pesai - Sylveon
daneilsoter - Machamp

As for the Pokémon in weekly rotation, it is Cinderace, Crustle, Machamp, and Gardevoir, and this is the very first time Gardevoir has ever been part of the weekly rotation, as it was not available when the game first released, I do wonder if we will ever see Blissey, Blastoise, Mamoswine, and Sylveon eventually be part of the weekly rotation.
Sylveon is a ranged attacker, and it is an Attacker, and while it does start matches as Eevee, there is a notable difference, its Ability as an Eevee is Adaptability, where if Eevee deals or receives damage, its Special Attack is boosted for a short time, and it stacks up to 4 times, but when it evolves into Sylveon, its Ability is Pixilate, which boosts its Special Attack and Special Defense when it deals or receives damage, and it stacks up to 6 times.
Their basic attacks are different, for Eevee, its boosted attack deals increased damage when it hits, and for Sylveon, its movement speed will be increased in addition to dealing increased damage.
Next are the starting moves, I recommend Swift, it is a ranged move that deals damage to opposing Pokémon, and its other move is Baby-Doll Eyes, which does deal damage, and it also decreases the Attack and movement speed of opposing Pokémon for a short time.
At Level 4, Eevee will evolve into Sylveon, and it will learn Mystical Fire or Hyper Voice, they replace Swift. Mystical Fire is a dash attack where Sylveon creates four small flames around it, and they shoot towards opposing Pokémon and decrease their Special Attack when they hit, and for each flame, it reduces the cooldown. Hyper Voice has Sylveon attack using multiple sound waves, and the damage is increased the further the target is from Sylveon, and the next sound wave has increased damage if one hits.
At Level 6, Sylveon learns Draining Kiss or Calm Mind, they replace Swift. Draining Kiss has Sylveon blow a kiss at the opposing Pokémon, which goes back and forth between them multiple times, and Sylveon will restore HP if the kiss touches it, and it deals damage and decreases the movement speed of opposing Pokémon, and if the opposing Pokémon is further away, the kiss will disappear faster than normal. Calm Mind boosts Sylveon's Special Attack, Special Defense, and movement speed for a short time.
Sylveon's Unite Move is Fairy Frolic, which is learned at Level 8, Sylveon jumps into the air for a short time, and once it lands, it deals damage to opposing Pokémon in its area of effect and restores its own HP, and the damage done to opposing Pokémon is converted into HP for Sylveon.
At Level 10, Mystical Fire or Hyper Voice are upgraded, Mystical Fire increases the number of flames by one, and Hyper Voice increases the number of sound waves by one. At Level 12, Draining Kiss or Calm Mind will be upgraded, Draining Kiss increases the amount of HP Sylveon restores, and Calm Mind for one time will nullify any damage done to Sylveon and it is given a shield.
As an Attacker, Sylveon has good balance between attacking and defending, as it can use Calm Mind to boost its Special Attack and Special Defense, or Draining Kiss to heal off some HP, while Hyper Voice and Mystical Fire are nice moves, Hyper Voice is good for getting in some attacks from a long range, while Mystical Fire is nice move, and both pair well with Pixilate.
For held items, Sylveon works very well with Wise Glasses and Choice Specs as it is a Special Attacker, Focus Band and Buddy Barrier work well on the defensive side, the Buddy Barrier pairs well with Sylveon's Unite Move. Sylveon's best match-ups are against Special Attackers, like Venusaur, Gardevoir, Gengar, Alolan Ninetales, and a few others, as Calm Mind can give it the Special Defense to take their Special Attacks, and Mystical Fire can be used to lower their Special Attack stat. While it does take time to get used to Sylveon's moves in this game, I do like how it has a variety of moves, like Hyper Voice, Mystical Fire, and a few others, so it doesn't have just Fairy-type moves.
