Pokémon UNITE has released for the Nintendo Switch on July 21st 2021, this is a 5-on-5 team battle game where players team up to score more points than the other player. The game is developed by TiMi Studios, and when you start the game, you get to pick which out of the five Pokémon you want to start with, the choices are Pikachu, Charizard, Snorlax, Eldegoss, and Talonflame, each Pokémon have different battle styles and stats, some are good at attacking, some are better at support.
Pokémon start off in their lowest form, for example, Charizard starts off a match as Charmander, and you have to gain enough experience to level up and evolve and learn moves. You get Aeos energy by defeating wild Pokémon, or any Pokémon on the opponent's team and score points through the opposing team's goal.
When selecting a Pokémon, you will see an arrow mark, if you select that Pokémon, you get an additional 50 Battle Points, so this can be good in most ways.
I could go over the teams and the Pokémon each player selected, my username is Metang375, if only Metagross was playable in this game, but there is a good selection of Pokémon to choose from. I selected Charizard for this match, I will go over my teammates and the Pokémon selected.
Schlingking - Cinderace
AnDrEw - Alolan Ninetales
staneqsdfvcx - Garchomp
Lolxd - Zeraora

The opponent's team of Pokémon.
JonahG - Slowbro
Melrun - Mr. Mime
KoolOller - Lucario
gottoms - Talonflame
xNigoux - Venusaur

If you play this game from then until August 31st, you can get Zeraora if you check in the game.
As this is a Standard Match, the stage we get is Remoat Stadium, I will go over each of the Pokémon that you can find there, the following Pokémon you can encounter are Aipom, Audino, Corphish, Ludicolo, Bouffalant, Lillipup, Combee, and Vespiquen. Aipom give 2 points, Audino give 5, Corphish give 3, Ludicolo and Bouffalant provide 4 points, defeating Ludicolo offers a small boost in damage against wild Pokémon, and defeating Bouffalant offers a small boost in inflicting decreased movement when attacking opposing Pokémon. Combee and Vespiquen appear every minute, there would be a Vespiquen with a group of Combee.
Two minutes in, Rotom appears in the northern side, and Drednaw appears in the southern side, they award 20 points when defeated. Defeating Rotom will allow it to move to the nearest enemy goal and you can instantly score for 15 seconds, and defeating Drednaw will give you a shield and everyone on your team will receive an experience boost. Zapdos appears 8 minutes in, and this is where you will have to work with your team, defeating Zapdos awards 30 points, and causes instant scoring of opposing goals for 30 seconds, and the wild Pokémon are replaced by their evolved forms, like Ambipom, Crawdaunt, and Herdier. I have not seen any Lillipup that much when playing this stage, but on Serebii.net, they are listed as the Pokémon you can find there.
Then I can go over the Pokémon I use, Charizard is a Novice, Melee, and All-Rounder character, Novice being the difficulty, Melee being the style, and All-Rounder being the role. It starts off as Charmander at Level 1, and Blaze boosts Charizard's critical-hit rate if its HP is below half, and its basic attack inflicts continuous damage, and it becomes more powerful when evolved, and if the target is burned.
Charmander will evolve into Charmeleon when it reaches Level 5, and at Level 9, Charmeleon will evolve into Charizard. For moves, Charmander starts off with Flame Burst and Fire Spin, you can select one from the start, the other will be learned over time, Flame Burst leaves the target burned, and Fire Spin decreases the opponent's movement speed for a short while.
At Level 5, Charmander will learn Flamethrower or Fire Punch, which replace Flame Burst, Flamethrower is a ranged move that leaves the target burned, and Fire Punch is a dash attack that can leave the target burned. At Level 7, Charmeleon will learn either Fire Blast or Flare Blitz, which replace Fire Spin, you can choose which one you want, Fire Blast deals damage overtime and decreases movement speed of opposing Pokémon for a short while, and it has a wide area of effect, and Flare Blitz gives the user a shield when used.
Charizard has a Unite Move, Seismic Slam allows Charizard to fly into the air and shoot attacks down, and for the finishing move, Charizard grabs the opponent and throws them into the ground.
At Level 11, you can upgrade Flamethrower or Fire Punch, Flamethrower becomes more powerful, and Fire Punch's cooldown is reduced every time you land a basic attack. At Level 13, this will upgrade Fire Blast or Flare Blitz, Fire Blast has increased damage, and Flare Blitz decreases the movement speed of opposing Pokémon for a short time when thrown back by the move.
