Pokemon Violet - 5* shiny Rayquaza with Sylveon and Flutter Mane
1Been a while since the last raid video! After the last 7* raid, they announced this shiny Rayquaza raid a month in advance, with popular raid set Pokemon as event raids each week to help people prepare (and also event outreaks with just higher mark odds, whatever).
5* tera dragon Naughty Rayquaza (x35 HP, 7.5 minutes) instantly uses Dragon Ascent (which does -1 Def/SpD); then its regular moveset is Dragon Pulse, Hurricane, Earthquake, and Extremespeed. At 76% time it uses Draco Meteor followed immediately by a debuff wipe, and it also puts up shield at 75% time (or 80% HP); meanwhile, at 80% HP it wipes player buffs, and at 50% HP uses Dragon Dance. It's only a 5* so no 'extra actions below half HP'.
Honestly, even though it's a 5* raid (level 75) they were pretty generous! They could've pulled a Mewtwo and given it Dragon Dance or Bulk Up in main moveset, or insta-shielded, or whatever.
As a reminder, since it's a 5* it only has at least four perfect IVs!

Anyways it's clearly not that bulky so Sylveon can oneshot.
Calm Mind into Fake Tears into attack cheer into Hyper Beam is the strat I'd recommend... but unfortunately it's not actually a guaranteed oneshot:

The problem, of course, is that if you take an extra turn (in order to use a second Calm Mind or Fake Tears) then you give the AI one extra turn to do damage. This clip was my very first run and I cleared it first try which kinda gave me a wrong impression, which is that even with only three turns of setup the AI can still proc shield if they're aggressive enough, let alone four turns!
2:17 - Flutter Mane
You don't really need to attempt to oneshot this (especially if you're resetting for 5IV or whatever), and the oneshot ended up being so inconsistent that a reliable but slower strat like this was still faster to grind runs.
Pick Magearna or Flutter Mane or Sylveon, then spam metronome Draining Kiss (and tera fairy after three). That's all.
