Before taking on any other gyms, lets go through the caverns and catch a Pokémon and head to Alfornada.

Rules:
1. The First Pokémon in the area has to be caught
2. All Pokémon Caught must have a nickname
3. If they lose all health then the Pokémon is dead and must be put in the Graveyard Box.

Additional Rules:
Shiny Clause: Shiny Pokémon can be captured and used even if a Pokémon was caught in the area already.
Species Clause: No same Pokémon species can be caught to enable variety.
Revival Blessing: Can Not be used.
Unique Clause: I can't use Pokémon from other Nuzlockes I did.

Anyone wondering why I sound odd, I was born with cleft pallet and cleft lip. So it may sound odd to all of you, but I wanted to have some fun.
