With all 8 Gym Badges, it is time to take on the Championship Assessment, first up is an interview from Rika, and if I get the answers correct, I can take the Elite Test, which means challenging against the Elite Four of the Paldea region, and I have met all four members, well we only knew three of them were members of the Elite Four during the adventure, and one of them we didn't even know until now.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

When you approach the Pokémon League, Geeta tells you about the Championship Assessment, and when you enter, Rika interviews you, and I do like her glasses, but for some reason she doesn't even wear glasses outside of the interview.
After that, it is time to take on the Elite Test, and that means it is time to challenge the Elite Four, and Rika is our first opponent, she specializes in Ground-type Pokémon, here is her team.
Whiscash: Muddy Water, Earth Power, Blizzard, Future Sight
Camerupt: Earth Power, Fire Blast, Flash Cannon, Yawn
Donphan: Earthquake, Stone Edge, Iron Head, Poison Jab
Dugtrio: Earthquake, Rock Slide, Sucker Punch, Sandstorm
Clodsire: Earthquake, Liquidation, Toxic, Protect

Being the first opponent, Rika isn't that tough, a good Grass or Water-type can deal with her team very well, and she does Terastallize her Clodsire to a Ground Tera Type, and it has Water Absorb to heal up from any Water-type attack you use on it. Clodsire does have the Toxic and Protect combo to watch out for.
After that, Rika then calls in the next member of the Elite Four, the next opponent is Poppy, and despite her young age, she should not be underestimated, and her specialty is Steel-type Pokémon, and here is her team.
Copperajah: High Horsepower, Play Rough, Heavy Slam, Stealth Rock
Magnezone: Discharge, Flash Cannon, Light Screen, Tri Attack
Bronzong: Iron Head, Zen Headbutt, Rock Blast, Earthquake
Corviknight: Brave Bird, Iron Head, Body Press, Iron Defense
Tinkaton: Play Rough, Gigaton Hammer, Brick Break, Stone Edge

Poppy leads with Copperajah, which can set up Stealth Rock, and Steel-type Pokémon are very resilient, the best type is Fire, Ground can be good against Magnezone, and her Bronzong has Levitate. Her final Pokémon is Tinkaton, which she Terastallizes to a Steel-type, and its Gigaton Hammer is devastating, Tinkaton does have a base 75 Attack stat, but Gigaton Hammer is 160 Power, and coming from a Steel Tera Type, anything that doesn't resist will take a huge hit.
After that, our next opponent is... Larry? I did not see that coming, the Normal-type Gym Leader is an Elite Four member, I could only wonder how much work Geeta gives Larry if he has two roles in the Pokémon League. This time, Larry will be using Flying-type Pokémon, and here is his team.
Tropius: Air Slash, Solar Beam, Dragon Pulse, Sunny Day
Oricorio: Revelation Dance, Air Slash, Teeter Dance, Icy Wind
Altaria: Moonblast, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Dragon Pulse
Staraptor: Facade, Brave Bird, Close Combat, Thief
Flamigo: Brave Bird, Close Combat, Throat Chop, Liquidation

That came out of nowhere, Larry being both a Gym Leader and an Elite Four member, all of his Pokémon are weak to Ice, but he is quite challenging, his Tropius has Chlorphyll to double its Speed in the sun, Staraptor can hit hard with Brave Bird and Close Combat. Larry does Terastallize his Flamigo to a Flying Tera Type, I find it interesting that Flamigo is the ace Pokémon of an Elite Four member when it has been available since very early in the game, it does have a high Attack stat, and its Brave Bird can deal huge damage with that Flying Tera Type.
With Larry out of the way, the final member is Hassel, the art teacher of the academy who has an emotional side to him, and he specializes in Dragon-type Pokémon, here is his team.
Noivern: Air Slash, Dragon Pulse, Super Fang, Hyper Voice
Haxorus: Dragon Claw, Crunch, Iron Head, Rock Tomb
Dragalge: Sludge Bomb, Dragon Pulse, Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt
Flapple: Dragon Rush, Seed Bomb, Aerial Ace, Leech Seed
Baxcalibur: Icicle Crash, Brick Break, Glaive Rush

Hassel is very challenging, and each of his Pokémon do have ways to cover weaknesses, with the exception of Noivern and Flapple, his Haxorus has Iron Head to deal with Fairy-type Pokémon, and Dragalge being part Poison gives it neutrality to Fairy-type moves. Hassel's final Pokémon is Baxcalibur, this is the Pseudo Legendary Pokémon of Generation 9, the final evolution of Frigibax, evolving from the Arctibax stage at Level 54. Glaive Rush is Baxcalibur's signature move, and with the Dragon Tera Type, it can hurt, Glaive Rush is a 120 Power Physical Dragon-type move, and it has drawbacks, Baxcalibur takes double damage from moves, and any moves used against Baxcalibur will never miss.
After that, the Elite Four is done, there is still the champion left to fight against, which I will do in the next part.
