After learning about the true mastermind of Team Star from the mysterious Cassiopeia. I head to the academy to find out who this Cassiopeia really is, only to then end up with an encounter with Clive, who finally reveals his true identity, and tests us to see if we are worthy enough to stand up to Cassiopeia.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

This is the end of Starfall Street, the first thing to do is go the academy, and Clive will be waiting, and we then find out he is actually Director Clavell, and he claims to be Cassiopeia, having used some pre-recorded lines to communicate with us, don't know how Clavell can hack into devices, that sounds like something Penny is capable of doing. Clavell then challenges us to a battle, and this is a very tricky battle, here is his team.
Oranguru: Yawn, Dream Eater, Reflect, Foul Play
Abomasnow: Aurora Veil, Blizzard, Wood Hammer, Ice Shard
Polteageist: Shell Smash, Shadow Ball, Sucker Punch, Will-O-Wisp

The rest of Clavell's team is based on your starter, and he even uses the starter with the type advantage against yours, I will go over the three Pokémon he has.
Amoonguss: Spore, Toxic, Giga Drain, Hex (If you chose Sprigatito or Fuecoco)
Houndoom: Dark Pulse, Fire Blast, Sludge Bomb, Thunder Fang (If you chose Fuecoco or Quaxly)
Gyarados: Aqua Tail, Crunch, Stone Edge, Earthquake (If you chose Quaxly or Sprigatito)

Next is the starter Pokémon, and Clavell does Terastallize them, here are their moves.
Skeledirge: Shadow Ball, Torch Song, Earth Power, Snarl (If you chose Sprigatito)
Quaquaval: Brick Break, Aqua Step, Aerial Ace, Ice Spinner (If you chose Fuecoco)
Meowscarada: Shadow Claw, Flower Trick, Thunder Punch, Play Rough (If you chose Quaxly)

Clavell is very tough, not only is his team well rounded, he has the starter that counters your starter. After the battle, it is time to find the mysterious Cassiopeia. Then we find... is that Penny? We then encounter Cassiopeia in person, and then Clive shows up, and it is time to take on Cassiopeia, the true mastermind of Team Star known as the Big Boss, here is Cassiopeia's team.
Umbreon: Dark Pulse, Quick Attack, Baby-Doll Eyes, Psychic
Vaporeon: Hydro Pump, Quick Attack, Baby-Doll Eyes, Aurora Beam
Jolteon: Thunder, Quick Attack, Baby-Doll Eyes, Pin Missile
Flareon: Flare Blitz, Quick Attack, Baby-Doll Eyes, Fire Spin
Leafeon: Leaf Blade, Quick Attack, Baby-Doll Eyes, X-Scissor
Sylveon: Moonblast, Quick Attack, Baby-Doll Eyes, Shadow Ball

For being the true mastermind of Team Star, you would expect Cassiopeia to have Pokémon related to technology, as Cassiopeia was able to hack into devices, but it turns out the true mastermind of Team Star uses a team of Eeveelutions, and all six of them have Quick Attack and Baby-Doll Eyes, while they do have good stats, this doesn't even compare to Clavell's more well-rounded team. Cassiopeia does Terastallize Sylveon to a Fairy Tera Type to power up Moonblast, and another thing I want to go over, I like the battle music that plays when fighting Cassiopeia, this is one of my favourite battle songs in the game.
With Cassiopeia done, we go through so much dialogue and cutscenes, and the first encounter between Cassiopeia and the Team Star Bosses Giacomo, Mela, Atticus, Ortega, and Eri, but not without Clavell lecturing them about their crimes they have caused.
After that, visit Clavell in the Director's Office, and he gives his thanks for helping with Operation Starfall, and as soon as you leave the academy, Penny will be waiting at the stairs where you first encountered her, and she gives you the TM for Draco Meteor, a very powerful Dragon-type move that cuts your Special Attack by two stages, and that is the end of Starfall Street.
