Remember what I said earlier? Well this is it... we meet the Life Pokemon, Xerneas. If it was Pokemon Y, you encounter the Death Pokemon, Yveital.

I don't know about the capture rate so my advice for you is to weaken it as much as possible, put a status infliction on it like Sleep and then use Ultra Balls. Took me 3 to catch Xerneas so I'm happy. I know you will too if you are lucky enough.
