Playthrough | Part 10: Face off with Snattle at Phenac
As Cipher's forces are whittled down, we press forward.
It leads us to the abandoned Phenac Stadium. Back in Colosseum, Phenac Stadium was one of the first to have the Colosseum Knockout Challenges. Think of it as a Beginner course. Five years later, the stadium has been closed due to the Realgam Colosseum. But it's here we face off against more of Team Cipher. It's also here where we meet the next of Cipher's admins, Snattle.
Snattle is a Cipher Admin with the goal of wanting to become governor of Orre. Sadly his way of doing things are a bit underhanded. We still have our obligation to knock him down a few pegs. Watch out though because his Shadow Lunatone has the ability Shadow Sky causing a dark rain to hit the field for 5 turns. Any Pokémon that isn't a Shadow Pokémon will take damage. Plus Castform's Weather Ball becomes an unknown-type.

With Snattle defeated, he departs and Michael works to save everyone at Phenac City. Things return to normal thankfully. Michael's next stop is the S.S Libra. Turns out it's in the desert. Sadly Michael's scooter can't reach it and needs an upgrade or so. So it means we must return to Pyrite first then to Gateon.
We will do that in Part 11 but also, take on the Pyrite Town Knockout Challenge.
