Pokemon X/Y (Myth?): Is Ditto Able to Transform into Mega Pokemon?

Myth: Fact
Yes, it can transform into Mega Pokemon... as long as they don't have substitute out... -_- (never used a Ditto as you can see...)
Either way, this is a pretty sweet thing to learn, as if it can transform into Mega Pokemon... that means if it uses Choice Scarf, it will not only have the same stats as the Mega but, it will also have a faster Speed than the Mega too. This, pretty much says you can get a 2nd Mega if your opponent uses a Mega against you and you strategically switch into Ditto.
