Police Force pinball nearly done

Trying to track down the last couple problems on a Williams Police Force pinball machine that I recently picked up. I stripped the playfield, installed reproduction plastics and ramps. I also cleaned up some battery corrosion on the CPU board, replaced a couple sockets and added an NVRAM module so batteries are no longer needed.

The last issues I have are shown in the video. When holding down the right jet bumper, the left one will also show as being triggered. The police car also seems to have a voltage drain causing it to not always make it up and down the ramp.
