Pollen OCULUS RIFT PC Gameplay - ANOTHER SPACE MYSTERY - Part 1

Welcome to my Oculus Rift walkthrough of Pollen for the PC.
Pollen is a first-person science fiction puzzle mystery explore-a-thon (phew) set in an alternate universe where JFK was never assassinated, the internet was never invented, and humans have colonized Saturn's moons by 1990. (I'm assuming the productivity required to achieve such a feat is owed to a total lack of internet pornography.)
Pollen's gameplay is very atmospheric and reminds me a lot of ADR1FT, another recently released space station adventure in which things have gone mysteriously wrong and the player is tasked with picking up the pieces. Also like ADR1FT, the bulk of Pollen's storytelling is passive, via audio logs and clues left scattered about the environment.
The story is appropriately intriguing and the puzzles are intuitive and satisfying, but Pollen's strongest asset is its immersion, which is second to none. Experiencing Pollen within the Oculus Rift provides a sense of presence that's hard to describe without experiencing it for yourself. (That said, this Let's Play should do the job just fine.)
