Much like many of my fellow Xbox-plebs who watched the meteoric rise of Helldivers 2 last year on PS5 and computer with intense yearning to be a part of the party, I was thrilled when it was announced that it was finally arriving on Xbox.

It has arrived and this morning I took a bit of time before work to dive in and while not getting the full experience playing solo I absolutely love what I had time to take in, including a handful of comically stupid deaths in "training" and in the field.

HD2 deserves all the love it has gotten in the last year.
