Pork Kabobs Made Easy
If you are looking for an easy way to make delicious Pork Kabobs than this easy recipe is just what you are looking for. This recipe will give you the type of pork kabob you would buy from a vendor at a fair and we all know how delicious they are. So lets get into this easy pork kabob recipe.
Here is the ingredients you will need to make the kabobs:
1 Pork
2 Italian Dressing
Now to make the Kabobs:
1 Take your pork and cut it up into bite size cubes. In this video I make kabobs from “pork trimmings” that I get for under $1/lb. You can use any pork you want, but I look to make delicious food while stretching my dollar.
2 Once the pork is trimmed place it in a bowl and cover it with Italian dressing.
3 Mix the pork and Italian dressing together, and then place it in the refrigerator.
4 Let the pork marinate for a minimum of 6 hours. I prefer to marinate my pork kabob meat a minimum of 24 hours for maximum flavor and tenderization.
5 Take the pork out of the fridge and carefully place it onto your skewers. I used bamboo ones in my video, but feel free to use the metal ones if you have them.
6 Cook them on your grill on LOW heat. This will prevent flare ups, and will allow the meat to cook slowly without loosing all of its tenderness. If you cook them on high they might come out burnt and dry.
7 When done take them off the grill and serve them with some bread and rice if you so choose.
Well that’s it for making this easy and crowd pleasing dish. If you make these Pork Kabobs please leave me comments below.
