I use Paraxade0's jump to get onto Wheatley's track, skipping the "flashlight" trigger and walk on the invisible wall above the railing below. After that, just some bad bunny hopping until you get to the area when you can portal to the upper wall. Just a note, you can completely see what you are doing. I have it set to max brightness and I use TV gamma mode (mat_monitorgamma_tv_enabled 1). I used the same thing in Left 4 Dead or in any other source game where it wasn't bright enough. It isn't a cheat command, but it is made for when playing a game on a TV. After I portal up to the upper wall, I make another segment. I portal over to the far wall, then the other wall near the railing. I jump from the portal onto the railing itself and bunny hop on it. I jump off the ledge into the sprial tubes area. I think it is possible to land on the lowest part in 1 jump, but I hit the edge of the one tube to slow me down. Then, I portal over to the vertical doors, and into the map load. All optimization on this map will be bunny hopping, more or less.
