This is a modified version of myplaypoint's route. I portal stand in the high up portal to grab the cube while I'm standing in the portal. Then, after placing it (sorry about the failed placement the first time), I go for the closer wall on the left below the platform. I discovered that you can jump out of that upper portal and land into those floor portals I place as I am falling. It gives you enough height to come back up and make it onto the end turret platform with no need to reportal. Everything else is pretty much the same.
