Post Office Security Manager SCRAPS Meeting Notes from the Horizon Issues Taskforce set up by the Post Office in the wake of legal advice it receives according to an attendance note produced at the Post Office Inquiry.
The Post Office Inquiry has meeting minutes from the first meeting clearly outlining the Security lead in the meeting saying that no official meeting minutes should be taken but they will keep notes.
John Scott says this is due to concerns over disclosure and Freedom of Information requests.
