Done on Impossible. Used fists (and Mighty Boot) for manliness points and no inventory items used.

Wow. Unlike the other two bosses before this one, there's no cheap exploits here so you will need beat her fair and square and boy she's tough.
Thankfully her hands have hitboxes, so you'll need to circle around really close to her and hit her hands which is easier said than done.

Overall, pay attention what attacks she's pulling off, stay as close as possible and make sure that the coast is clear if you are trying pick up healing items dropped by the enemies, because the last thing you need is The Bitch breathing fire on your neck.
