In this video essay I talk about Hidetaka Miyazaki's attitude towards game design. Soulsborne games are famous not only for its' diffuculty, but for its' lore and the way these lore is delivered to the player.
It’s not a secret how in Soulsborne games you gather information piece by piece instead of being spoon fed to put a puzzle together, which leads to the situation when players create their own story within the game, and every single story has a right on their side.
