At the end of chapter 3 it starts loading chapter 4 right around you. If you jump to it the beginning of the chapter exists but you can't trigger any checkpoints or continue the level.
If you could get here earlier or find a way to go further it would be really fast.
You can also see the smoke from the plane crash in the distance, on the other side of the chapter 3 area. I'm still testing, so I'm hoping i can jump to some other parts of chapter 4.
