What happens when you convert a video of part of a favorite video game to a video format, known as Cinepak, that has not been updated since 1993 and at only 256 colors? You end up with this!

This time, our crazed lead video engineer, Dr. Mack Foxx, decided to try some video encoding madness on the CG animated intro from the 1998 arcade on-rails shooter, CarnEvil! Suffice to say, the low color pallet did not do any favors for this video.
